1. Large Equipment Inventory & Demonstrations

Aquajet shares an equipment distribution, demonstration and service facility with Brokk Inc. in Stanhope, New Jersey. Recently expanded, the facility offers more space for increased equipment inventory storage in addition to onsite demonstrations. Equipment demonstrations provide an ideal way for you to experience our Hydrodemolition equipment firsthand. Equipment demonstrations aren’t just available at the Stanhope facility. The demonstration and service center in St. Joseph, Missouri, also has plenty of space for you to see the equipment in action and choose models and attachments that are best suited for your needs.

 

2. Enhanced Parts Inventory

With a large inventory of equipment comes the need for ample parts availability. Aquajet Hydrodemolition robots and accessories are designed to be efficient and reliable. But even the most reliable machines will need parts replaced at some point. Quick access to parts across North America was made even more readily available by the recent upgrade to our parts warehouse in Monroe, Washington. The warehouse has been expanded to offer more space for our inventory, which shortens lead time and ensures fast delivery – often overnight under normal circumstances. We cannot guarantee overnight delivery right now because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we can guarantee you will talk with an experienced Aquajet technician who is in your corner.

Technicians are available by phone at 1-800-621-7856 to help you get the parts you need as quickly as possible. They can identify issues, recommend required parts and process your order over the phone, in most cases, significantly reducing your downtime.

 

3. Aftersales Technical Service and Training

Knowing how to properly operate and maintain your equipment helps ensure its longevity and maximize productivity, so Aquajet’s service teams make sure to provide the necessary training. In fact, we offer individual training with the delivery of each machine, adapted to your knowledge and experience level. The course guides you through safety practices, operation and service of the equipment. We also cover the basics of high-pressure pumps, hoses, tools, how to calculate pressure loss in hoses and the correct nozzle size. Participants who successfully complete the course are issued a training certificate.

Of course, even with a fully trained operator and routine maintenance, equipment may break down on occasion. Unscheduled downtime can mean lost revenue, so if your machine breaks, you want to get it back up and running quickly. If ordering the parts and fixing it yourself isn’t an option, our St. Joseph, Missouri, facility houses a complete service complex with a wash bay, workshop and welding station. A staff of full-time technicians provides the best possible service solutions, reducing lead times on services from troubleshooting and routine maintenance to repairs and refurbishment. Repairs are completed in a timely manner to ensure maximum uptime, and replacement parts are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
