EXTENSION KIT
Aqua Cutter / Aqua Rail system
The Extension Kit is an easy way to extend the Aqua
Cutter’s reach and flexibility for vertical and up-and-under
operations. With the kit attached, the robot can work on
the sides or beneath a bridge while staying on the deck
—without the need to remove the bridge railing. It’s simple
to install, requires no special tools, and doesn’t need any
modifications to the robot’s design.

MULTI POSITIONING
Extended reach and flexible positioning
The Extension Kit increases the reach of Aqua Cutter robots and the Aqua Rail System, allowing hydrodemolition in areas that are difficult to access. It extends the working range while maintaining stable and controlled performance.
Designed for multi positioning, it supports horizontal, vertical, and up-and-under operations. With a bend range from 0° to 112.5°, the system can adapt to different surfaces and complex structures.
Depending on the model, the extension length ranges from 1.5 m (4.9 ft) to 2.0 m (6.6 ft), with a maximum reaction force between 1400–2500 N. It installs easily without special tools or modifications to the robot.
Available in several versions to match different Aqua Cutter and Aqua Rail models, the Extension Kit provides a simple and effective way to increase flexibility without compromising control or safety.

The Extension Kit is available in different versions to match specific Aqua Cutter and Aqua Spine models. For the Aqua Cutter 710 and Aqua Spine, it is offered as a 2 × 1 m (2 × 3.3 ft) extension kit, with or without an elbow. The Aqua Cutter 750 version includes the 2 × 1 m configuration with an elbow. These kits include extension beams, articulated joints, splash covers, and hydraulic and electronic extensions. For the Aqua Cutter 410, the Extension Kit LT is designed to increase reach in vertical and up-and-under operations, and includes an extension beam, articulated joint, and splash cover.
